The Center for Inclusive Growth is inviting small and mid-sized business owners to apply for the Neighborhood Opportunity & Capacity Building Acceleration Project (NOCAP) — a new pilot program launching in early 2026 that offers low-cost finance and budget services support. To apply your business must be:
Located in Greater New Haven
Seeking finance and budget support
Able to commit five to 10 hours a month to participating in the pilot
Deadline to apply is Dec. 31.
Local economy
We provide resources and support to small businesses and entrepreneurs, which are key drivers of job creation and economic growth.

Digital inclusion
We encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies to improve productivity and create new economic opportunities.

Sustainable development
We advocate for economic growth that is environmentally sustainable and considers the long-term well-being of communities.

Economic mobility
We support initiatives that help people move up the economic ladder, such as education and job training programs.

Financial access
We work to expand access to financial tools and resources for underserved communities, helping individuals and businesses build assets and participate fully in the economy.
