IG New Haven is inviting small and mid-sized business owners to an information session on December 10 at 6:00 p.m. (EST) to learn about the Neighborhood Opportunity & Capacity Building Acceleration Project (NOCAP)—a new pilot program launching in early 2026 that offers low-cost support in budgeting, HR, strategic planning, marketing, and more.
