New Haven Independent - Fair Haveners Seek Out “Inclusive Growth”

Adrianna Barnes’ dream for Fair Haven is made up of “clean streets and open doors.”

She used her phone to type up that response and watched her answer populate a projected screen alongside a dozen other replies inside the Fair Haven library branch community room Thursday evening.

Over the course of the meeting, Barnes and other residents stressed that the efforts to make those clean streets and open doors a reality must be rooted in long-term relationship-building, not just within the confines of a meeting.
